I'mĀ Sophia Harris

My name is Sophia Harris I am a mama of two, and - in short, I have lived a life of trauma, self hate, low self worth and limiting beliefs of feeling like I dont belong, not good enough and not loved. Itā€™s crippled me at times. Ive gone deep into healing in my own journey and come out the other side. And I now get the absolute honour to help other woman go through the journey too.

I went through a spiritual awakening through my healing journey, and I weave my gifts into each session with physic abilities, channelling, energy healing, along with mindset coaching and trauma informed breathwork. I am so passionate in this work as its the very things that helped me heal & transform.

I combine all of these modalities into in person events, 1:1 packages, group programmes & a business mastermind.
